She purchased a mill and a bag of wheat berries, rolled up her sleeves, and got to experimenting. The result...golden buttery breads, gooey chocolate chip cookies, spongy decadent cakes. After a bite, Hannah was sold. It was not long before freshly milled flour became a staple in their cooking and baking. Stacks of fluffy pancakes, sweet birthday cupcakes, savory breakfast bagels, pie crusts, tortillas...the list goes on. To their surprise, many people were interested in this new, old way of artisanship, so Allie & Hannah decided together they would start Noble Grains - a business dedicated to enriching the lives of family and friends by providing the very best, always fresh, most nutritious organic flour - just the way God designed it.
